Our people are our special sauce. Our collective experience and industry knowledge are how we deliver our customers the best solutions.

With more than two centuries of collective electrical experience, our Technicians have the knowledge and tools to handle just about any scenario.

We take pride in the fact that our manufacturing team has a very low turnover. Some of our team members have been with us since we started in 1978, while others have joined us more recently. Our team consists of a diverse group of talented individuals, with over 50% of our technicians working with us for at least a decade. We are very selective in our interviewing process, which ensures that we have a team of high-character individuals who work together to learn and grow.

We believe in cross-training all team members so that they can handle all production phases. This cross-training allows us to quickly pivot and take on urgent projects or line-down situations for our customers. We work well together and can handle high-pressure, complex jobs that many other shops decline to accept.
